I rate on a very strict scale...so a 10 would apply to a four star restaurant in New York or DC. That said, Vintage 301 does really well in Greensboro: good food, lots of small plates, friendly service. The menu changes seasonally. They have cut down on their wine selection somewhat in recent months--and raised those wine prices a bit--which is somewhat disappointing.
