Solaris is a full service restaurant featuring a variety of entrees but specializing in tapas. Tapas stems from an old Spanish tradition and literally means to "put a top" on. Innkeepers would put a small plate on top of wine glasses to keep flies away. It became a tradition to put some cheese, pate, beef, chicken, etc. on the plate. Today it means "small plates" and is becoming a very popular way to dine.

Solaris is an American tapas restaurant. Portions range from appetizer size to small entrees. Two to three tapas items usually are sufficient to satisfy one's appetite. Regular entrees are also offered. We offer 38 choices as well as a full bar and extensive wine list.

Solaris has 3 dining areas. In addition to the regular dining room we have our patio to take advantage of our beautiful days and evenings and we also have a very comfortable lounge where you can relax in a family room atmosphere while watching your favorite sports team on the TV.
