I actually brought my 14-year old niece in for a pedicure. I chose Silkroad because I had taken her there before (as well as another local spa) and this was her spa of choice.

Price for haircut for my stylist was incorrect online when I booked the appointment - was more expensive than was expecting. Online booking is convenient though.

When I first arrived, it wasn't the warmest welcome I had ever received. It was a good 30 minutes before I was greeted by anyone else for my treatment. It was just much different from my experiences with other spas in the past.

It's hard to get a consistent haircut. It would be nice for the hairdressers to keep notes or pictures.

Called twice recently to schedule an appointment because online scheduling requires a credit card...no one answered phone between 4:15pm-5:00pm; left message; voice mails left on my phone were ok but still had to call back a third time to confirm appt and Erin answered at 4:15pm...thank you!

As a loyal Silk Road client for years, I love this salon and encourage others to check it out. Paul, the manager, runs a smoth ship. Erin's a great stylist. The facials and massages are not only wonderfully relaxing, but are a great deal as well.
