In September of 2008, Jennifer Manner opened the doors of Mozelle's Fresh Southern Bistro and welcomed in Winston-Salem restaurant patrons. The Southern-inspired food and colorful, cozy atmosphere of the restaurant set the Bistro apart.
"Here at Mozelle's, we strive to serve food that makes you feel good, in an inviting and social setting," says owner Jennifer Manner. There is nothing I love more than sharing a glass of wine, a great meal and a raucous laugh with friends. How blessed am I to be able to make a living and provide exactly this for my hometown?
