Ganache Bakery first opened the doors in 1989 on Westover Terrace in Greensboro and under the patronage of Dee Smith, we quickly grew to become the premier bakery in the Triad. With that growth, in 1995 came a move to a new downtown Greensboro location.
In 2002, the rising downtown revitalization program inspired us to build an entirely new building on Elm Street where we have created an atmosphere that is just as unique as the food we serve. We continue our sweet heritage in the baking and pastry arts and in addition, proudly serve our guests breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
From the scenic rooftop patio to the black granite bar, all adorned with local art from the Marshall Gallery , we now have the perfect place for you to watch the bakery artisans and chefs at work as you enjoy your one-of-a-kind cuisine, fine wine or martini and of course, a slice of Greensboro’s finest!
